Here is an example of a BardNotes Composition Plan.
The outline indicates:
– a length of about 6 minutes / 160 b – use of the C Dom 7th chord as the basis for muscial cells
– consider sequences based upon two arpeggios
– assigning 4 notes to digits 0, 1, 2, and 3 in a Base 4 sequence
– rising and falling sections
– etc.
The Composition Plan is not complicated, will be changed and probably disgarded.
It’s purpose is to assist BardNotes to get started and avoid the temptation to gaze out of the window, look whistfully towards the horizon for inspiration and invariably do nothing.
